About Me
We are an acoustic based rock band that is tring to get a start. currently we only have 2 members. Chris C. and Leif Lopez and we are trying to fill the other spots as soon as we can. Although we are an acoustic band as of right now we are hoping to also do some electric stuff in the near future. We write all of our own music as well as preform a hand full of covers. If you want to know more about the band or you are interested in joining up with us shoot us a message and lets see what happens.

We have not posted in awhile because to be honest...there is not much going on. We thought we had members lined up but again it all just seems to fall apart. We are currently holding auditions every weekend for anyone who would like to join the band...and have a singer coming out this weekend to try out for that spot.
But all in all we have not been doing much....we have written about 3 originals since the last time we posted and are currently working on more. As soon as we get everything lined up and get members that actually want to play and not just talk about playing then we will start lining up shows for you guys to come check out...
We will also start putting more videos of our originals because we would like to know what you guys think.
but in the mean time keep up the support for us and we wont let you down.
A Good place to start Our Crohn's disease Main Article provides a comprehensive look at the who, what, when and how of Crohn's disease
Crohn's
disease: A chronic inflammatory disease, primarily involving the small
and large intestine, but which can affect other parts of the digestive
system as well. It is named for Burrill Crohn, the American
gastroenterologist who first described the disease in 1932.
Crohn
disease is usually diagnosed in persons in their teens or twenties, but
can come to the fore at any point in life. It can be a chronic,
recurrent condition or can cause minimal symptoms with or even without
medical treatment.
In mild forms, Crohn disease causes small
scattered shallow crater- like areas (erosions) called aphthous ulcers
in the inner surface of the bowel. In more serious cases, deeper and
larger ulcers can develop, causing scarring and stiffness and possibly
narrowing of the bowel, sometimes leading to obstruction. Deep ulcers
can puncture holes in the bowel wall, leading to infection in the
abdominal cavity (peritonitis) and in adjacent organs.
Crohn
disease comes in many forms. Involvement of the large intestine (colon)
only is called Crohn colitis or granulomatous colitis, while
involvement of the small intestine alone is called Crohn enteritis. The
most common part of the small intestine to be affected by Crohn disease
is the last portion, called the ileum. Active disease in this area is
termed Crohn ileitis. When both the small intestine and the large
intestine are involved, the condition is called Crohn enterocolitis (or
ileocolitis). Other descriptive terms may be used as well.
Abdominal
pain, diarrhea, vomiting, fever, and weight loss are common symptoms.
Crohn disease can be associated with reddish tender skin nodules, and
inflammation of the joints, spine, eyes, and liver. Diagnosis is
commonly made by x-ray or colonoscopy. Treatment includes medications
that are anti-inflammatories, immune suppressors or antibiotics.
Surgery can be necessary in severe cases.
Genetic factors
contribute to the causation of Crohn disease. One of the genes has been
shown to be on chromosome 14 in region 14q11-12.
this is a very painful
experience for anybody that has this disease. and to this day there is
ONE foundation that supports research for it. And when i say research I
really mean they take donations and research what is already known
about the disease. I wish i was as rich as Brad Pitt, or Tom Cruse so I
could start my own foundation for this horrible aliment because I
promise, you will never see a commercial with them in it supporting a
search for a cure. There are no marathons, no hot lines to call and
donate, no national crohn's awareness month, no pretty ribbons or
bracelets to wear to show your support for the cure. All Crohn's has is
the pain and suffering of the poor people afflicted by it.
So i
say this. Lets try and make a differance right now and repost this
message to let everyone know about this disease and maybe raise some
awareness of it so maybe someone with more money than I can step up do
something about it.
Please repost this. this is not a chain
and its not a joke. This is something that means a lot to me. Lets
start the search for a cure...because i know that if crohn's disease
had as much support as cancer then we would already have better
treatments in place.
How funny, one of my friends invited us to go last night but I was just too tired.
Let me know when and where your first show will be and I'll be there to support ya for sure! BTW, did you save my new phone number? (I still have the old one but it's always at home.)

I still love you though! It's just that thing where if you don't have anything good to say.........don't say anything. I'm just stuck on grumpy mode. LOL
Damnit Man, none of the videos will play here. Curses on the IT Dept! I'll check em at home. Yeah, I was hoping you were that one..........in the B & W.
Things like that always make me stop and try to appreciate what I DO have. It's so easy to take things like oh, not being in excruciating pain for granted. But the wonderful thing is she must have fabuous friends, real, true friends and that is truly a blessing. I know that's how I felt this past summer when I was in the ER miserable and crying.
